Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Returns are subject to the following policy:

  1. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  2. You must be the original purchaser and have a copy of the invoice or the invoice number.
  3. All items returned must have all components and be in the original packaging.
  4. No refunds on sale items.
  5. Shipping and handling fees are not covered by our return and warranty policy.
  6. All returns are subject to applicable restocking (20%) and credit card fees.
  7. Please allow up to 30 days for all returns to process and reimbursement.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please email us info@torfab.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Cancellations

Orders placed on Torfab.com cannot be canceled after 30 mins of the placement of the order. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please ensure that you have the correct parts prior to placing your order. If you have any question about your parts please call the shop directly at 206-659-8677, or email us at info@torfab.com for fitment before placing your order. Any cancelation is subject to a 6% service fee to cover the cost of processing and handling.

Warranty

Warranty designations are made ONLY by the manufacturer. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to us, and we will pay for shipping costs back to the manufacturer and return costs to customer (via USPS or UPS ground), if manufacturer honors any warranty. A restocking fee may apply if the item does not meet all requirements or re-boxing is required.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customer is responsible for any and all duties and taxes or customs fees that may result during an international shipment. Torfab cannot estimate or negotiate customs duties and taxes on your behalf.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders over $500 in value ship adult signature required. Please provide a shipping address for these orders where an adult will be available to sign for your shipment.

In the event you can’t be at the delivery address to sign, you can contact UPS with the provided tracking information and arrange for them to hold it at their facility for after-hours pickup. We do our best to provided tracking numbers so you can anticipate the day and time of your delivery.

Shipping Damage, Errors, Or Missing Parts

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. Check to ensue part numbers are correct, parts are not missing or incomplete. Keep the original shipping packaging and all damaged parts. If any discrepancies are found, please call immediately to resolve the situation. We are unable to replace lost or damage parts reported more than one week (7 calendar days) from the delivery date. In the event a shipping error or shortage did occur. We will cover the shipping costs to and from the original shipping destination and for the original service level, i.e. ground, next day air, etc.

Shipping Information

Every effort is made ship orders as soon as possible. However please remember that some days we are unable to ship due to carrier delays, supply problems, weather related delays, etc. Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive. We fully insure all outgoing shipments, please call us immediately if you find any shipment damage. We do not offer recipient paid (third-party) shipping on any orders.

All international orders will be shipped & insured for full stated value as to protect your parts during shipment. Torfab is in no way responsible for duties, import taxes, and or other fees accrued in destination country.

Replacements of missing orders is subject to approval and acceptance by the shipping vendor (UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS), once it leaves our facility it is beyond our control.

Alaska

Orders to Alaska will ship via United States Postal Service unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of order. U.S.P.S. has weight and size restrictions on packages, thus we are not able to send large bulky items such as bumpers or leaf springs. Please call in regards to these items. All packages will be insured for the full replacement value of the packages, the customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance.

Canada

Orders to Canada will ship via United States Postal Service unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of order. U.S.P.S. has weight and size restrictions on packages, thus we are not able to send large bulky items such as bumpers or leaf springs. Please call in regards to these items. All packages will be insured for the full replacement value of the packages, the customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, brokerage, duties, taxes, etc.

By ordering from Torfab, the customer agrees to these terms.

Product Warning & Liability Disclaimer

All parts sold by Torfab are for off road use only and should not be used on any street driven vehicle. Modifications of your vehicle in order to improve performance using the parts sold by Torfab can result in dangerous situations that may result in bodily harm. The buyer hereby assumes any and all risks associated with any such modifications and fabrication. Any and all warranty claims shall be dealt with directly with the manufacture of said part. Torfab will not accept any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from the failure of any parts manufactured or sold by Torfab.

Due to the nature of used parts, all parts are shipped “as-is” with no warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacture of the parts. We do our best to inspect and clean parts prior to shipping, however many parts cannot be deemed “good” until installed (i.e.: gauge clusters, etc.). Please ask for details when ordering. Any and all returns must be authorized prior to any credit being issued.

Torfab, Torfab.com, its owners, contributors, employees and agents will not be held liable for damages and or injury under any circumstances for information presented accordingly. Furthermore, said agents reserve the right to modify/remove/edit all information accordingly.

Some products are not legal for sale or use on pollution controlled motor vehicles.
